Our waitress Shelly was extremely friendly and awesome. She gave us entree recommendations that my friend and I both enjoyed very much. The food was spectacular. We would definitely eat here again!
Gorgeous venue, delicious food, really stellar music. Only place I’ve ever been able to get a really good steak dinner for under $25/person. I was also really impressed with their champagne cocktails.
If you are in St. Louis and love Cajun food, this is the place. The owner is very active with the restaurant. Best part is all waiters help each others, and the owner does as well. Nathan was our waiter for our 5th Year anniversary’s and his recommendation were on point from the drinks to the amazing Bread pudding.
Overall, this great place just has a great vibe and energy.
Thank you for making our 5th Year wedding anniversary special.
Food was great and staff was super attentive, and friendly! Would highly recommend!
Love Evangeline's! Not only is the food AMAZING but the staff is also so kind and you can't go wrong with the drinks.
This place is incredible. Patroned for years now and probably visited 40 times, I've never left disappointed. Service is top notch, the food is incredible, the music is great, and they serve the best cocktails in the city. If your friends are coming to St. Louis and you want to show them a nice place, go to Evangeline's.. Get the bread pudding.
Great atmosphere and music with Jim Manley.
Some of the best cajun food outside of ynew Orleans
Enjoyed the vibe and live music.
You will not be disappointed with this restaurant selection. From the service to the incredible food, my wife and I were impressed. The talent of the TJ Mueller band was outstanding. We travel all over the world and this is now one of our favorite locations!!!!

Good location, but not much parking. The staff was great. We ordered the entouffee, flounder & hanker steak meals. I ordered the hanker steak medium well done, however, it did not have rich, savory, beefy aroma. It smell a little sour. The entertainment was fabulous.
Such a darling little corner restaurant. Staff was phenomenal and I loved the aspect of live music. This was my first time going but I can safely say it will not be my last.
Tried to walk in for brunch today, 5/23 @ 12:30 after calling ahead, stood in the vestibule waiting to be seated for 10 minutes, and walked out. There was another couple before us that was waiting to be seated as well, absolutely no sign of a hostess, and maybe 15 people total in the dining area and 3 tables outside. This business obviously doesn't care about potential customers to let people wait that long when its half empty on a Saturday afternoon. Likely won't be patronizing this place any time soon, until they get themselves sorted out. Major disappointment for what seemed to be a great local (we live literally around the corner) bistro. DO BETTER!!!!
Fun, funky and lively restaurant and bar with a creative menu, reasonable prices and fabulous servers and bar tender! What a memorable evening. We look forward to visiting again. This is a place I would frequent if I lived nearby!!!
We had a FANTASTIC brunch today! Don and his entire crew are wonderful! I cannot WAIT to go back.
