Had their weekend buffet. Delicious food for a very reasonable buffet price. Go and see for yourself. Not sure how much the buffet changes, but some dishes that were present (but not all of them):Tandoori chicken, chicken korma, Tikka, chicken bulgogi, spag paneer, they had several vegetarian and GF options.Milk tea was great.

I really do see the potential in this place, but based on my experience I’d have to give it 3 stars. I tried to dine here on three separate occasions, and only found them to be open once. When I finally came in, I was told that they’re only offering the buffet - no ordering off the menu. That was fine with me, but it can be limiting to some. My main issue was that all of the food was either luke warm or cool. The meats, the curries, the veggies, etc. I assume (and hope) it was pre-cooked, refrigerated, and then reheated, but not to the proper temp, instead of being cooked fresh. Or it was cooked fresh and the steamers weren’t hot enough to keep the food warm or hot. Either way, that’s a risk for food borne illness and sickness.

Good, the hot plates keeping the lunch buffet warm didn't seem to keep food warm well, just lukewarm
My new favorite restaurant Unique, International and absolutely Delicious. Tried the samosa(Excellent!), JJ Noodles with the dumplings was Amazeballs!! My date got the Egg Chow-Chow- also very good! Tried soju for the first time, highly recommend Grapefruit flavor. I will be back soon! Our waitress was super sweet and patiently explained the menu items and gave great recommendations!

Possibly the best Indian/Nepalese buffet I've ever been to, and super reasonably priced. The paneer saag is to die for.

Went to the buffet lunch . So many great and delicious choices. Many vegetarian dishes. Soup, naan, delicious sauces (tamarind, yum). Service polite and speedy. Eat up until 2:30 weekdays and get to watch a Bollywood movie while you enjoy the food!!
Everest has a decent lunch buffet. They have recently implemented a policy that they will not split checks, so consider somewhere else if you are a group. The staff are attentive and most of the food was delicious. However the naan was not the best, not very fluffy and kind of doughy.

Everest has always been one of those low key hidden gems in St. Louis. It sits in an unassuming storefront on the East end of the Grove. I tend to go to Everest for their lunch buffet. To say it is a deal would be an understatement. The price is modest and there is a great mixture of vegetarian and meat dishes, naan, and some light dishes. The buffet is continuously restocked and the staff makes sure to get your seated quickly. The biggest problem is having to choice between all of the different dishes and prioritize what is the best (for me chicken tikka masala).

Good Indian/Nepali restaurant in town. We went there for buffet while we were in town to see the gateway arch. The food was tasty and the service was good too. Lots of options for veg and non veg buffet. We met the owner, a very nice and humble man. He spoke about his passion for cooking healthy food for his restaurant, definitely coming back to this place when in town.

Food was excellent! Tried many things at the affordable lunch buffet and liked it all. Only knock is that the naan wasnt available most of the time (though it was late in lunch window). Owner was very nice and came to talk to us when we commented to server how good everything was. Great guy with a history coming from nothing to being a success. Gives back to community here and back in Nepal where he is originally from.Dietary restrictions: Emphasis on cooking as healthy as possible (free monthly class on cooking for people with diabetes)
