Ferguson Chop Suey, a long-standing establishment in the community since the 1970s, offers a variety of dishes including their well-liked Ferguson Noodles, fried rice, and the unique shrimp St. Paul sandwich. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and located in a strip mall with lots of parking. Sometimes they're lines are out the door but they move at a pretty good pace. The St. Paul sandwich was plump and at a reasonable price. Some customers have noted inconsistencies.
