How long does the owner think their restaurant will stay open if their staff is rude to paying customers? It seems more and more 2nd and 3rd generation restaurant owners would rather go bankrupt and watch their family business fail then uphold their standards unless your family's standards are to be rude to people who support their business. I would be embarrassed if my family flew in to visit me, and I took them to this exact location only to be treated like dogs.

We sat down at 5:30pm and ordered at 5:36 with Haylie and our food arrived within 10 min. We had a Pulled Pork Platter and a Loop Deluxe Burger needless to say we took food home with us. We had a Wonderful time thanks to Haylie M, next time you go see if she's working and sit in her section you won't regret it!!!!

went there Saturday and was upstairs at the bar i think it was close to 6. well anyhow the bartender was awesome! food was really awesome. I think i had the st louis burger. I was telling people that was a 2 hand burger! was really full after eating that. even though u were real busy food was great and people were friendly!
