The actual pizza was well made just not what I ordered. Ordered a Hawaiian Pizza. When it arrived it had no pineapple, just ham. I called the restaurant and they told me they were out of pineapple. It’s the key ingredient so I asked why they didn’t call me or just cancel the order and was told that because it was placed through a delivery app there was no way to get in touch. I’ve been contacted by restaurants before using the app and I’ve also had orders cancelled when they didn’t have the items I ordered. The pizza itself was good, it was a great ham pizza if that’s what you like, but their lack of common sense surprises me. If you know you’ll be disappointed if an ingredient is missing I would call to confirm they have it.Edit after owner response: The 3rd party service will absolutely allow you to cancel an order. I would suggest that you do that next time.

This place is really great, from the service to the food, everything is great. I ordered online, which is super easy, and the food was always ready at the pickup time. Salads are hard to mess up, so they were fine. The calzones were amazing, loved the chicken parm, but I have had a few others. Cheese sticks are good and not all dried out. Next time I’m in the area, whether for work or play, I’ll order from FlamentCo’s again.

I ordered a calzone which was decent, but the Greek salad was a rip off! 9.95 for a salad with no meat, and it was the size of a side salad. Definitely won’t order again!!

The best pizza I’ve come across in St. Louis. Fantastic, consistently excellent pizza. Hoping this current situation doesn’t hurt business too badly. I would have loved to have ordered a pizza to go today. Hope to see you all soon.

OMG. this place is a must. i had read about this place and the pizza in the Riverfront Times newspaper. Whatever you do stop in you will not be disappointed. My first time was last Friday and it will not be my last.

Recently the lunch pizza special, 2 big slices + drink = $7 was changed to 2 small slices + drink = $7. It is no longer a decent deal. I usually got this once a week. Several of my co-workers feel the same and unfortunately will probably cause us to part ways with FlamentCo's.
