The Eggplant Katsu and Strawberry Sandos we had were great, but the Peach Boi was FANTASTIC. Amazingly tender and flavorful peaches with a bold cinnamon note, perfectly soothed by the generous portion of whipped cream. Thank you for the fun food IZUMI!
First time trying Izumi at a popup tonight. The pork katsu sondo, eggplant sando, and tomago (egg salad) sando were all delicious. We can't wait to follow you to your next popup! Thanks for making the St Louis food scene interesting!!!
The interior is beautifully designed and creates a very welcoming atmosphere. The sushi and sashimi tasted incredibly fresh, and the buffet offered a great variety including udon, hibachi, and curry. Everything was well prepared and enjoyable, making this a place I would happily visit again.
