“They don't have a regular operating schedule, so you have to follow their Instagram page to know when they're going to be open. But it's worth watching and waiting until they are, because these are the best birria tacos I've ever had. They're filled with tender shredded beef and Chihuahua cheese and if you get the 3 taco platter it's served with a cup of beef consume and garnished with cilantro, onion and homemade salsa. I would encourage anyone to try these fantastic tacos. You won't be disappointed.“

We love seeing her and chatting when we visit, and she always helps us decide what we want, and answers all of our questions when we are curious about flavors.
