Freddy's had the best burgers in town or anywhere. They don't charge extra for tomato, lettuce or onion. An upgrade to a larger size fries is just a few cents.

The food was good enough. The place was loud and we could barely hear our order being called, but there was seating and the wait for the made to order food wasn't too long

Update 2/15/25: we've been a few more times since my last review. Still only ONE semi bad experience. This location has set the GOLD standard of what every single Freddy's, nationwide, or any other fast food restaurant should aim to be. Hot, quality product that is super fresh and well seasoned and served by awesome staff. Keep it up, guys, and gals! I'm so impressed by you all. We drive 30 minutes just to eat there. That says a lot.

Their burgers and fries were literally perfect three out of four times. The best part, they know how to season all of it properly.
One time, the fries were warm, and unfortunately, our burgers were ice cold. It was strange because they still tasted great. How?! LOL

Love the food and the service is great! However, I feel like every time we go, the restaurant is an actual mess. Maybe we go at bad times but it's like they need to hire someone to literally just clean the restaurant. It's not horrible, but I always feel like they just went through a crazy rush or something when we go in because it's messy/dirty.

The custard and chicken tenders were so good! I got the peppermint shake and DELICIOUS chicken tenders. 100% would recommend.

There was a bit of a crowd at the registers, but the two employees manning them were fast and efficient (and patient, because I hadn't been to a Freddy's in a while and wasn't sure what I wanted). The food was ready quickly, and we were able to find a booth with no issue.
The food was good, there was plenty of it...I hadn't written out a review before because I didn't have an out-of-the-ordinary experience. I had exactly what a fast-food dine-in SHOULD be.

It is a Steak & Shake but cost more, go to Watson and Elm Steak & Shake and save your money. What genius put it there, only one way in and out, no drive thru? What a joke.
