I've eaten there 3x now, 2 out of 3 times the burger was burnt, don't need to cook it till its dead! Today my burger was actually good 👍
It all boils down to who's cooking back there.
The music is pretty loud so it’s hard to hear the cashier and I’m assuming hard for them to hear me. I ordered a double steak burger with some toppings; did not say cheese at any point. I also ordered a plain kids burger meal. Plain, no toppings. Both had cheese on them. The kid doesn’t like cheese and the wife is lactose intolerant. I also think the cashier explained something about the kids ice cream to me twice because when I asked about toppings she looked at me like she just told me I couldn’t get the ice cream with no sprinkles. But I didn’t hear what she said for much of the ordering process. I’m not an old person with bad hearing. I’m not even mid-30s yet. Either it’s too loud or the cashier speaks too softly and is hard of hearing.

Stopped by Freddy’s Burgers on Lindbergh and had a really good experience. The service was friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh, which is always a plus. I ordered my meal to go, and everything was put together well.
The condiment station was fully stocked, except for the smoke dip, which was the only thing missing. The restaurant itself was very clean and well kept.
Overall, a solid experience I’d definitely come back again!

The fish was mush and doughy/batter. Told the manager and her only response was that she's "never heard that before".... Ok?? She also told me to stop ordering the fish because apparently it's "not working for us". Whatever that means. Also was missing lettuce on my burger. Told me she was going to send more coupons since apparently a refund isn't a thing at Freddy's but....... Never received them! Not surprised. All this happened after I told the other manager before I ordered that our order the last time was completely wrong. Sorry Freddy's, Shelly's smash burgers from the gas station is better. Actually, not sorry because it's true.
They have outside seating. It was a really nice day today and we ate on the patio. Our food was good and you got a paw high five from our dog Dolly. She loved the custard!

Wife and I decided to stop in for lunch. Wasn't too busy, food came out on a reasonable time.
I'll start with the good:
We both really liked the fries. Shoestring style and crispy. Delicious.
Now the not so good:
The burgers are a little small and the buns were smashed and not so fresh.
Flavor was okay just underwhelming.
The store wasn't the cleanest. Floors or tables.
Moderately above average to pricey IMHO compared to others.
I'm not sure we'll be going back, I believe there are better choices out there.
Can't recommend-MVP
