I don’t think I’ve ever had such an incredible experience at a restaurant like at the French frie factory. They ended up going viral on TikTok TWICE and ran out of stuff today so they closed down AND REOPENED after stocking back up. They came and directed people into parking spots, they kept everyone updated on when they were opening back up, they apologized over and over again about the wait, and were just overall incredible people. I would drive the 2 hours over and over again for just that but lemme tell you about the FRIESSS they are heaven. The most amazing fries I’ve ever had not gonna lie. They are family owned and I know them going viral has changed their lives. MAKE THE DRIVE 😍😍😍

stopped here today while in st. louis, it did not disappoint! you were greeted as soon as you walked in the door, the staff are super friendly and stayed busy the whole time we were there! the fries came out hot and they were full of flavor. will definitely be coming back when in town!

I wanted to like French Fry Factory, but the experience fell short. We ordered Rotel fries with sour cream (which we paid for), and not only were they underwhelming—they were over-seasoned and the Rotel was crummy. Definitely not that smooth, cheesy flavor we were hoping for. It tasted off and just wasn’t worth the price.
While I stepped outside, one of my sisters pointed out that another had been shorted $1.04. The cashier responded with unnecessary attitude, saying the conversation didn’t involve her. When I came back in and tried to calm everyone down, he snapped at me too, saying I didn’t know what was happening—even though I was just trying to help settle things.
He refunded the sour cream with an attitude, saying he “could’ve gone across the street to get some,” but didn’t like “our attitude.” Then he proceeded to ignore my sisters entirely and only spoke to me, offering a half-hearted apology that didn’t even acknowledge the ones he disrespected.
The fish was good, but the customer service was terrible. A simple mix-up turned into a full-blown situation that could’ve been avoided with basic respect and professionalism.

I was in there today. I got the snack size cheese fries with shredded cheese & queso. The fries are homemade, fresh & hot. They were 🔥. Customer service was also great. I call first, found them on Google. I told the guy I was from Chicago & I wanted some good homemade fries, he said come on in we have the best fries in the city. He did not lie. Some of the best I've tasted
