Absolutely amazing pizza. this is possibly the best pizza in St. Louis. I have been in the restaurant business for 30 years and this is one of the best recipes I’ve come across. I talked to the owner and the crust is from a very fine bakery on the hill in St. Louis. The sauce is real California tomato sauce. And the cheese is whole milk mozzarella.But the best part is the pepperoni is $10 per pound Volpi pepperoni. I would say this is the best pepperoni pizza in St. Louis. The...

Pizza tastes good. Pizza was chewy and had flop to it. Seems St Louis inspired, cut into squares. St Louis style is supposed to be more crackery IMO, but I hear that other people complain about burnt pizzas aswell so that could be the reason.
