Showed up at 8:45 for a self serve froyo where the counter server would just need to weigh my yogurt and ring me up. Sign on door says open until 9. Door was locked. Kid at the register looked up, I pointed at my watch, and he just went back to his phone.

Only had four flavors available, one of them came out as liquid. The bathroom was not available. The worker there closed the shop for 30 minutes at 7:30 PM, and just put a sign at the door.

Clean but worker had on all black hoodie with a ski mask where you can only see his eyes he had his man bag on just don’t look like he should be working with customers if he is hiding from someone not only that makes people think twice about going into this place not only that he went to the back to put on all black shades this is not a good look looks like he is going to rob the place his self I’ll go to the other location for now on

Not the best store out of all of them. Customer service was spot on. But machines weren’t available at this location with only a select few flavors. Topping variety was fine, not as versatile as other locations though.

If I could give it 1 star I would. Whoever owns this location really let it go down over the years. It needs to be revamped or something Smh.. they just don’t care. My visit today was definitely a 0 out of 10. It smelled horrible, like a dirty old mop. There was only 4 flavors … which 2 of them had a funny taste to it. The toppings seemed old & stale. They don’t even have the warm chocolate or caramel anymore… just close this location all together. It’s definitely not what it used to be:

Ummmm YIKES. Should’ve taken pictures but ran so fast. Multiple machines down- only 5 flavors available. Machines have napkins and rags shoved in them to prevent leaking. Garbage and dirt everywhere. No fruit anymore. Worker behind the counter was too busy on his phone to care about anything. What happened to this place???

Walked in and it smelled like raw sewage. The employee was on her cell phone sitting in the back. Most flavors where out and the ones that where not where liquid when they came out. We walked backed out and won’t be back. Clearly this is a normal for the store as other reviews say the same thing.

I haven't been to this location since June because of how dirty and rude the workers were. I just recently visited this location tonight around 5pm and I had the pleasure of meeting the most helpful person ever. She was patient, she helped me with my choices, she was so full and of life. The restaurant has improved 100% the store is cleaner, the quality of the froyo was fresh. The young lady was so positive. Delmar keep up the good work will be back soon ☺️ I wished I would of asked her for her name so she can get the recognition she deserves bravo.

Used to work here right off the back I can tell u it's ran VERY poorly they don't care that's why it's a mess. Its not the workers fault they don't have the flavor or toppings u want though don't take it out on them that's the owners responsibility. If you plan to get froyo CALL or LOOK around FIRST to see if they have the flavor or toppings you want so you don't end up waisting your time and the money they dont have. The store's dirty because they're understaffed and it's hard to keep it clean when you have to run the register and there's no other help to keep it tidy running the back and front ESPECIALLY when busy.

The establishment smelt specifically like the port-a-potty section at a music festival. Like someone was taking a dump right there in the middle of the place. Didn’t buy any froyo from here; walked in, walked out.

This was terrible. First the workers were gone for more than 15 minutes like they said? and when they came back they was in pajamas. Then when you walk in the smell was so nasty and the kitchen was terrible to look at, I will not be coming back here again

Literally all the machines were labeled "Not working" except for 3 flavors. What's the point of being open if machines are going to be broken

Multiple machines broken. Of the ones that were working a few were out. Employee didn’t know which options were non-dairy, which seems like easy information to know. Very few toppings available. Some toppings were so stuck together it was work to get a reasonable amount. After all of that, the frozen yogurt didn’t taste good at all. $50 wasted. We will not be returning.

I work at a food place so I hesitate to write negative reviews, but it truly was not a great experience. 4 of the machines were labeled not working, and one just wasn't working because it hadn't been filled and dispensed just liquid. Not only that, but the toppings were older and stale. The cost was high and nowhere does it describe how much you're paying for. Overall, will not be coming again.

Hey, all I used to work here for a year I was the guy with dreadlocks. anyway, I hear a lot of complaints on here about how dirty the floor is but yall need to understand especially if its the first opening shift and there's only one person there it can get busy to the point where there stuck there taking orders and they can't go anywhere else plus nobody really reads the signs we had up there there's one on the top of the machine just about eye level that says "Please Push Handles All The Way Up" and they don't the reason I say this is that if you don't what tends to happen is they keep dispensing instead of stopping and then they go on the floor and leave a mess also when they're not the yogurt can't freeze properly which makes it liquidity coupled that with an overworked employee stuck at the front there not able to go and clean with how busy it can get. Also, there's a group of people who like fruit (Strawberry Mostly) and I get it but throwing things away when you didn't pay for them is wrong the best thing to do is call ahead of time and ask or look before you put something in your cup and if you love strawberry's I get it but you need to understand we would get a whole thing of them Thursday and on Saturday and people will come in and get 4-6 scoops of strawberry's which will kill the supply. But lastly everyone please be nice to all the employees this job can be really stressful sometimes they don't want or need any rude people coming and badgering them. Thanks for the read and have a nice day
