I went for a work dinner and we were hosting international guests. We had a great experience. Michael took great care of our group. The food was delicious and I felt like the group got a great representation of The Hill at Gian-Tony's.
Anyone giving this restaurant less than 4 stars ⭐️ for food is suspect. Some of the best pasta I’ve eaten and my family lives in Italy and I visit YEARLY! The pasta Roma is the best! All the food Is excellent. Could use a little more lighting my only critique about the atmosphere. The staff Is very professional. Sorry it is being sold because owner is retiring, but hopefully he will find a buyer who has the same passion for the food.
We had an amazing experience last night and our waiter, Tim was great! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun and it wasn't so loud that we could actually hear one another speak! We can't wait to return!
