I paid over 150 dollars for 3 people to eat & then then employee “Larry” admittedly (after I called a week later) charged my card 70 more dollars without my knowledge or consent after I left the restaurant.
When I called to follow up on the charge to let them know an error was made he said “he knew” what this was about. I paid my check and the restaurant later claimed their was another check not paid at our table that I was not responsible for… they then allegedly...read full review
Last night was our second time to Lorenzo’s Trattoria and again it was amazing. Our waiter, Jose, was energetic and friendly, always with a true smile on his face, wait staff kept our drinks full and used dishes cleared, but the best part was the food. Absolutely delicious! We will be back many times!
