Amazing menu and staff!!!
Me and my girl friends get together when we are all in town and like to try different restaurants throughout the area. Maybe it was just a bad day to try Grace Meat + Three. At best I would rank our food 2 out of 10. Out catfish was undercooked & slimy, or fried tomatoes were extremely hard and cooked in the same batter as the fish ands everything was extremely salty. Our chicken had no seasoning, however, our fries were decent. The person go brought out our food was extremely nice, the GM was attentive and nice, Kristian was amazing and the young cashier was so very friendly and helpful. However, the friendly cashier (who took our initial drink orders) went on break and Dalton took our food orders. He was unbelievably rude. From the time that we said hello to him his face was sour. Then in the middle of taking my order he abruptly left waving his hands in the air shouting he wasn’t doing this anymore (after no tip was pushed during check out). By this time the friendly cashier had come back and nervously apologized. As a group of 5 we spent close to $200. The GM and assistant manager listened to our concerns regarding the customer service which we really appreciated. As a group we like to tip everyone who assist us in cash (you never know who needs the cash immediately). We eventually saw Dalton leave. We tip very well as each of us are very blessed. As a result the friendly cashier got his 20%, the young man who brought our food out got 20% and we tipped the assistant manager (we didn’t know at the time) because she brought out items and took away trays. We did not complain about the food, we took it as a loss and trashed it. Our shakes were delicious!
This has been on our list of places to go to in STL when get back in town - we saw it featured on a Netflix show and finally made it here! Great selection on menu and we got fried chicken with Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes and collared greens. The chicken was delicious and cooked to perfection and we recommend trying the hot honey sauce with it! We also had two hand held pies, peach and chocolate. Highly recommended!
Such a cool place to eat and the food is amazing!! Will definitely refer and eat there again.
