Great American Cookies

I usually order a slice of cookie cake all the time on doordash the past two weeks everytime I order a cookie cake slice they always call and say they don't have any find that impossible since that's the best thing there.

Very good cookie. Not life changing,but pretty good . Try them .

If you follow my posts, then you’d know that I was attempting to get my daughter’s cookie cake from a competitor. I walked into the mall and asked the worker if she would be willing to bake me a cake.

Her response, “Right now? Are you willing to wait?”

“Absolutely! I need a cookie cake for my daughter’s birthday and my first place failed me.”

Her response,” I got you! I actually have a chocolate chip made if that is ok.”

I waited 20 minutes while she assisted a few other customers and the cookie was fabulous!

The worker’s name is Ari. Ari a special thank you for not giving me a terrible rush job. This cookie was soft and fully cooked. I appreciate your customer service and willingness to assist me out of a bind. I really hope that this company understands how amazing of a worker that they have.

Bought 2 cookies and a soda... looked at the paper bill and saw a charge for .45 cents labeled as a Commodity charge?? What was that for? The cup? Are you really that tight and cheap? Come on!!!

To your reply... Why not just raise your prices directly to cover this cost so that it doesn't "look" or "feel" deceptive? Feels like a hidden "Progressive" way of raising your price!

Ordered the biggest cookie cake. It was ready at the promised time and the order was accurate.
However, the flavor of the cookie cake was extremely disappointing. Especially considering how much it cost. It was also so thin you couldn’t even put a candle in it. We’ve always gotten cookie cakes from Schnucks or Dierbergs, but they only make the small circle ones now. Theirs tasted so much better and were less than half the price.

definitely not as good as it used to bc i dont remember this being an issue: love the white (vanilla) and brown (chocolate) icing, but the colored icing tastes SO bad. i got hot pink detailing around the cookie cake and every bite i immediately get the weirdest taste and aftertaste in my mouth, its almost like playdough. this doesnt happen with the vanilla or chocolate, so if you dont like the flavor of playdough or straight food dye, do not get colored icing here.

Had a cookie cake made for my husband, Lola took care of us, was really nice and extra accommodating, she made my husbands day.

Just love the chocolate chip cookies

Cookies not as good as they used to be and they tell you one price then mysteriously a couple more dollars show up on my account. I believe they are running some type of scam. Next time I visit I'll definitely be asking for a receipt. This only happens when I don't ask for one.
