Geeze the cashiers here are so rude
Good soup
idk why there are poor reviews. my food was excellent. and reasonably priced for even nonairport food. $14 for my chicken sandwich and fries. great quality patty. well cooked tasty fries. would have ordered a second serving if my stomach could take it. and it came out quick despite their sign saying it may take a while. no line either.

It's a bit slower but the best food option in this terminal. Big shout-out to whoever is responsible for picking the tunes.

This burger was a lifesaver when I was hungry at the airport. It’s definitely beating out McDonald’s and any other fast food place. The fries were hot and fresh, and the generous side portion which you don’t get anywhere else in the airport, considering the airport price. Can’t complain!

My food was good and these folks were very hospitable. Great spot for a quick meal in the airport.

Leaving a St. Louis conference fly to a connecting flight. Needed to eat as flights were delayed. Food was good. Service was not good. The young lady may have had a rough day before coming to work, but her attitude was law than desirable and could tell she did not want to be there. Otherwise, the food was good and I would eat here again if they need a ride, but don’t take my word for it. Try for yourself.
The food was bad but the service was worse

For some background information, I work as flight crew so I go to a fair share of airport restaurants. I found myself with a layover in STL so I decided to give this burger place a shot.
Overall the food was good, the customer service was weird and lacking.
I walked up and there was no one behind the counter for a minute or so, but also no line so I get it. Then a lady came through a door from the kitchen and stood at the cash register. Now I’m gen Z, and I’ve heard about the gen z stare, but I brushed it off at people misinterpreting. However, this girl said absolutely nothing and stared at me. I stared back and considered just waiting to see who would break first. But then I decided against that and went the route of “maybe I can get her to warm up to me by being nice!” So I said “hello how are you doing today?” She replied “good” and then continued to stare. I gave up and then just started my order. Felt rude but at least I tried. I asked if I could get tater tots instead of fries, and she silently pressed buttons on the register so I assumed that meant yes. I ordered a specialty burger and my tots and a drink and it came up to about $25. Also I got a 10% airport worker discount. Expensive, but not unheard of I suppose. I was silently given my drink and receipt and then waited about 7 minutes and then I was silently handed my food. I sat down and looked at my receipt and saw that instead of substituting total for fries, they just said “no fries” and then charged me for a side of tots. Would’ve kinda been nice to know they would do that. I went up and inquired about the charge and then she said “we can’t substitute” so then I asked “ok so did I pay for fries and then not receive them?” And then she said “no the fries come free with the burger” so then I asked “oh can I get the free fries?” And she said “sure” so I mean now I have an extra container of fries. So two stars for customer service because at least there was someone there and they didn’t throw the food in my face? Bar is low.
The burger was yummy and the sides of tots and friend were generous! Just maybe don’t expect more customer service from the workers than you would get from a McDonald’s self-order kiosk. Well actually, at least those say thank you…

Need a gluten free bun option. It’s 2025.

Decent fast food - hits the spot for a chicken burger if you are in a rush amd hungry
Food was freshly cooked, but my breakfast sandwich was underwhelming and consisted of a hamburger bun, one egg, one strip of bacon, and a preformed cheese slice.
The server behind the counter waited on (or was chatting with) an airport employee, then looked at the three of us in line, turned around and walked off. She went out the side door and went off without a word to the customers. There was another employee emptying the garbage; I asked him who was behind the counter and he went and got her. She was clearly pissed. Worst service with worst attitude I have ever seen.

The sign says breakfast is served until 9:30. At 9:20, I was ignored at the counter for 5 minutes and then I was told they were no longer serving breakfast but they also wouldn't take an order from the lunch/dinner menu.

Be prepared to wait. Waited for over half an hour and never got my food. Had to ask for a refund
