Slow rude and expensive is no way to run a business.

Ordered a Smoke Stack burger because a picture of the burger was on the screen (had bacon, lettuce, aioli, onions). Received a bacon cheeseburger. The cashier said it’s not what the picture is - the picture is LITERALLY pointing to what the burger should look like.

Service not good.
Burger was good but not as described.
Tater tots were ehh.

Would not recommend. Overpriced. Food came out hot. I got the sandwich with bacon and eggs in Texas toast. Whatever oil or spray they use is disgusting and ruins the food. They sell coffee, but you wouldn’t know it from the menu.

I ordered the Baja Crunch. It was a good airport burger. Curly fries were good and hot. We were waiting on a flight and needed something to eat and this place met my expectations for an airport location.

The price of the food is a little over the top, but it's in the airport, so was tolerable. Service was OK.

Way overpriced. You can get much better and less expensive food at any other major airport.

Frozen patties cooked to order for 20$…Cashier hates her job so much, I would bet a good amount she spits in every burger she hands out…counter is void of any workers…need a bell or something. This place sucks.

Food in St. Louis airport terminal A is not great ever. But I thought I would try this. Worst customer experience. The lady with the nose ring made faces when I asked a question and rolled her eyes when I asked if it was not steak. Food was oily onion rings were burnt and the bun were soggy and cold and chicken was deep fried in 2 mins.I won’t come here again.

I try not to leave online reviews because they last forever; but I tried to call with no luck. Yesterday, I travelled through STL airport and this was near my gate. The person at the register walked up and asked “What do (I) want?” while picking her teeth. I thought, “oh wow that’s gross”, but maybe she only works the front. She surely won’t handle my food. Wrong! She went to the back and proceeded to put fries in the fryer. Handling them with her bare hands. Then, she continued to pick at and dig in her teeth. She coughed into her hands as well. Never ONCE washing her BARE hands. She should have worn gloves to begin with. I stood there in disbelief for a moment. Then, I walked away. I consciously forfeited the $18.40 I paid. I did not even want to pretend to take food riddled with bacteria from someone else’s mouth. There needs to be a manager on duty there. Gloves should always be worn in the kitchen. Hands should be washed; and some customer service training could go a long way. The women tried be somewhat nice, but the experience was completely disturbing. I hope that ownership/management take action right away.

You can’t really mess up onion rings, but the young girl with the nose rings who was the cashier needs customer service lessons. She did not smile once, rolled her eyes at me when I asked a question, never said please or thank you or you’re welcome. She touched her hair then packed up my food. Please do better or go home. You are better than that and you should have more self worth and pride in yourself.

Kid-friendliness: No one who greeted me was friendly. She was legit bothered to be doing her job.

These have to be the single slowest, most unhelpful people. Mainly the woman “taking” the orders. She would disappear for however long, until the line backed up, and people would leave. She was nowhere to be found. Then would come out and act like it was an inconvenience to do her job.

People working did not feel like serving. Refused service to everyone despite having workers and ingredients. Simply didn't wanna work.
