I was in STL for a work trip and was searching for dessert. My favorite dessert is cheesecake. I’m always willing to try anyone’s cheesecake and I’ve always had it in my mind that that’s nothing better than Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes…I was sooooo wrong. First of all, the Key Lime is TO DIE FOR. They also have a two layer cheesecake- it’s cheesecake with chocolate cake on the bottom (they don’t have a name for it yet) but if you like chocolate and chocolate cake, GET IT! I cannot wait to go back. I’ve already been twice during my trip but I’ll definitely be making another stop when I return. I just wish they had a Kansas City location 😊

Hank’s Cheesecake has been a cherished part of my life since I was a little girl. Their cheesecakes are pure magic, and my all-time favorite flavors are strawberry and key lime. Every bite brings back wonderful memories, so when I recently picked up a strawberry cheesecake, I couldn’t wait to dive in.
However, when I got home and took that first bite, something felt… off. The iconic cream cheese rosette was missing, replaced by a simple whipped cream star. I was taken aback because that rosette is everything. It’s like the grand finale of a symphony—the part that takes the already amazing strawberry cheesecake to a divine level. That smooth, tangy cream cheese touch is what truly completes the experience.
Hank’s, I love you. I’ve celebrated so many milestones with your cheesecakes, and I always will. But please, bring back the cream cheese rosette—and make it just a little bigger! It’s that extra-special touch that sets you apart. Despite this, you’ll always have my heart, and I’ll keep coming back for all the special moments in my life. Thank you for being such an important part of them.

Hank’s Cheesecakes was such a joy to work with for our wedding! The complimentary cheesecake tasting was a highlight of our planning process—everything was so delicious, and they made it really easy to choose the perfect flavors.
Their pricing was super reasonable, and the delivery fee was a pleasant surprise—very inexpensive, especially since they’re so close to the Saint Louis Zoo, where we got married. On the big day, the cheesecakes were a huge hit! We had over 120 guests, and so many of them told us how much they loved the desserts.
We can’t recommend Hank’s Cheesecakes enough. If you’re planning a big event and want incredible treats with friendly, stress-free service, they’re the way to go. Thanks for helping make our wedding so special, Hank’s!

The place is nice and quiet, so you can sit back, read a book, and enjoy a slice of delicious cheesecake. I would recommend the oreo or banana pudding cheesecake. Their seasonal cheesecakes are amazing as well, so you should try them while they are still in stock.
