I've been enjoying Carl's deli frequently for 12 years and have always left happy but stuffed! The hot pastrami on hoagie IS THE BEST in St. Louis and the staff working there are the nicest folks you'd ever want to meet! Highly recommended!!!
I haven’t had a good hot pastrami since I was a kid growing up in University City. Husband was in the hospital across the street and the nurse recommended Carls hot pastrami. It did not disappoint. It was delicious!!
Great place & sandwiches! If you haven’t tried them, You must!
