“Gioia’s Winghaven is our go to for sandwiches! Always get the order correct, always timely service, always wonderful customer service, always delicious! The only complaint is I can’t have them on Sunday! :( We’ve tried to go back to other sandwich shops on a Sunday and it never compares to Gioia’s. You’ve raised the bar so much, now everyone else is a disappointment.“

“Even though it's my first time here, I get a vibe that this place has been delicious food served by great people for a long time. Some of the reviews and photos are old; I can attest the place still feels fresh with a great menu — lunch and breakfast. I hope to try breakfast here soon. “I haven’t had a good hot pastrami since I was a kid growing up in University City. Husband was in the hospital across the street and the nurse recommended Carls hot pastrami. It did not disappoint. It was delicious!!“

“Just had a Charlie’s Special sandwich - wow was it delicious! Had potato salad on the side- best I’ve had in a long time. Perfect lunch, awesome employees. If you haven’t visited - you’re truly missing out!! 🇮🇹 (Also bought some fresh salsiccia for a great meal later this week.)“

“I WILL SWEAR BY THE MUFALETTA, THAT THEY SERVE!!!
