I came in at 9:30 last night to order it was my first time coming to the establishment and the young man who was supposed to been taking my order was totally disrespectful! He was on his phone the entire time slamming pans every time I asked if they had certain items! Then I proceeded to ask what time did they close he told me well we close at 11 but since I’m the only one here tonight I’ll be leaving early around 10:30 so because of that he wouldn’t be working on any ice cream orders. I will never recommend anyone to go in and place a order with them because you potentially will get the same treatment ‼️

I love hotbox cookies specially the EUCLID location mainly because of the nice manger Mr Alonzo. But what saddens me is I overheard a coworker of mine say she was gonna have her friend call n get him fired over personal reasons.smh she stated she would have her friend call and complain as if he was accepting cash app payments because she knew that was against the stores policy and would cause for immediate termination.for a second I thought maybe she would get over what she’s angry about ,until I went to get cookies and was told he no longer works there. I’m just praying the cause isn’t because of what the lady did because Alonzo just had a beautiful girl he loves his job and was the main reason I became a faithful customer…I don’t think this location will be the same anymore if it’s true

This place does not close at 11:59pm on Friday. I repeat THIS PLACE DOES NOT CLOSE AT 11:59PM ON FRIDAYS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO TO THIS SHOP ON FRIDAYS AFTER 11:00PM. I made a pickup order online on Friday got there at 11:15pm and it was closed. I am still waiting to hear if I get my

worst customer service. I ordered delivery for a birthday and confirmed with the general manager. I called her again after the delivery was supposed to occur, and she still never delivered the cookies. I called again the next day to ask about the delivery and this woman said because of her medical condition she cannot deliver. What kind of customer service is that, when I was not contacted in any way not even the next day that the delivery is not going to take place. She didnt even give me my refund. They need to have better customer service and chain of command if such things occur.

Just walked in to order cookies 10/2 at 6pm. The worker was literally asleep at the counter and I had to shout for him to wake up. After his nap he still managed to get my order wrong even though I clearly stated what I wanted. Gross.

Staff here were super friendly!! Told us which cookies to get and also wrapped them up in this nice pride ribbon . Inside was nice and very clean . Soon as you walk in it smells amazing

From the moment I walked into Hot Box Cookies and its fast-food restaurant atmosphere, I knew their cookies would not be great. I looked at the versions they were offering that day and asked the staff for a description of the Elvis cookie, and one of them had to look to the other for the answer. That was another warning sign. However, we ordered a Snickerdoodle and were, not surprisingly, underwhelmed by its small, thin shape and lack of any real flavor. Plus, it seemed artificial. If you are looking for a cookie fix, I would definitely recommend Insomnia over Hot Box.
