Kind ladies working the counter. Great cookies and patience from the ladies when my child was taking time to choose a cookie. We only come up for the childrens hospital every few months and we will be back. It definitely made my girl smile.
I first called and tried to place an order over the phone. The person I spoke with, by her tone, obviously did not want to take the order and she sent me to the website. The website was easy to use and the order was placed. I requested the cookies be delivered warm on Saturday, December 7, this did not happen. They were delivered today, correct time but a day early. I have called the CWE location and listened to the phone ring for over thirty minutes now. I need this to be addressed....
Cookies were delicious. Kinda pricey for some cookies. The person behind the counter had an ear-piece in the entire time talking to whom I'd assume is a friend of hers, even when I was placing my order. I was going to order an Ice cream sandwich but didn't want to deal with trying to get her attention again.
