This place is the real deal. Those big chain shops could never! These cookies taste homemade. I would come back and sample everything if I could. Tip: if you get home and the cookie feels firm, microwave for 10 seconds.
Hotbox Cookie in the Central West End never disappoints! The cookies were warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Devante was extremely professional and courteous during our visit, making the experience even sweeter.
I love hot box cookies, but this is by far the worst location. Service is not very good, I have gone before during their hours after placing an order and just found it shut and locked up with no explanation, and the parking is terrible.
