Took my wife and grown son to this location, the day before Christmas. Service was terrible. Been here too many times to count, my sons fav food. Waitress took our order then disappeared. We had to get another waitress, just to get our drink orders. When 1st waitress did reappear she seemed more interested in texting behind the prep area than concern about her customers. Did I see a manager? Do they have a manager? Needless to say the only tips that day went to the hard working...

The atmosphere is fairly casual.
All you can eat makes it more spendy (unless you're really hungry), but it does provide the ability to go back and explore different flavors and ingredients.
We did take out this last time, and we did end up with enough leftover to make a full second meal.
We did find the cooking time to be a little slower than other Mongolian BBQ...
