I'm responsible for choosing fresh ingredients and sauces for the chef to grill with. There are many options, all clearly labeled to indicate spice levels or lack thereof. After making your selections, give your plate and sauces to the chef for grilling. You can watch your food being cooked right in front of you and enjoy it hot and fresh once it's ready. Tonight was our first time dining here after it being recommended by a friend. It did not disappoint. Our server Selena went above and beyond and was very attentive. Drinks were kept full and she was on top of clearing our plates. The Eggrolls were good and I especially enjoyed the dipping sauce that they were served with. The restaurant was clean and the manager even stopped by our table to check on us and introduce themselves. We will be back. It was 12 out of 10.
The food itself was tasty, but the state of the kitchen put me off. Dirty bowls on the floor, grease everywhere, empty containers lying around. Place wasn't even busy. Would've expected better.
