I've been here on two separate occasions. Very overpriced and hard to find any food that's actually delicious. Waiters and bartenders were inattentive and seemed apathetic to our experience. Had to ask for water twice before eventually giving up. The atmosphere is beyond cool though. Gave another star just for the artistry of the experience.

Amazing space. Excellent food and service. Dining area a bit loud but would prefer that over silent.

Dinner started out really good and ended with a meh. Had a Caesar salad, which was amazing along with the corn gazpacho. The drinks took a bit to arrive. Next we had the shrimp and tuna small plates. The shrimp was very flavorful but the toasted bread was so hard and almost impossible to cut through some of the pieces. The tuna wasn't great, it was shredded over-seared tuna and tasted as it was tossed in miracle whip. The last was our entree, the steak, pretty tasty with three small potatoes with a manchego foam. Not as flavorful as it read. Not terrible but not worth the price point. Also, ordered two more drinks. One of them was delivered after waiting a bit. The other never came. We didn't want to wait so we asked it to be removed. The word was that it was sent to another table. Didn't realize a sangria takes 20 minutes to be made. We weren't the only ones that were waiting on drinks as we heard other tables with the same problem. I'd return for the salad and a bar visit but that's about it.
Absolutely one of a kind experience, food and service were next level. Must have!

Just had an incredible meal at Idol Wolf!
It’s hands down the best restaurant downtown. The atmosphere and flavors are unmatched. Can’t wait to go back! #

Wonderful dining experience. Enjoyed the croquettes the most. The churros were also amazing. Love being able to try a wine flown in that day from Spain.

It was my partner's birthday, so I requested to put some cute lettering on the dessert dish, but it seemed like they didn't check my request at all? We ordered gambas, steak, and lamb. They all tasted so good and was worth the money, but the server tried to take away a dish I was still working on and didn't bring us new fork/knife for the dessert. I would go again just for the food but not for the special occasions.

Squid ink pasta and gambas al ajillo were phenomenal! Mixed drinks were good and cotton candy was a nice touch. Attentive service in a great atmosphere. Good amount of tables to sit at without reservations. Beef tar tar had good flavor but texture wasn’t conventional.

Normally hotel’s own restaurants are nothing to shout about. I.e. same mediocre menu items. But this one is purely Spanish (Europe)theme which is why we tried it. The sangrias were very tasty and the food were so well presented and taste so authentic! Tried different tapas (the Serrano hame with home made chips, Chorizo spice butter with mushroom were Devine) as well Seafood paella . For the price , the squid should be a little bigger, less on the salt but took us back to Barcelona paella! Our main server was very good but one individual (young girl) delivery just dump the food on the table.
But overall will return for special occasion!
