Diverse taste! talented bar and cook staff. Wonderful atmosphere and attention to detail. Great gin selection house made bitters. Blood and sand is the restaurant that makes you feel at home. Blood & Sand is not afraid of a critique as they strive to give top service and quality. Constantly adapting with the crowd while using elevated techniques and recycling ideas. Not just food but art.
Overall a nice dining experience. Food and cocktails were good and staff was hospitable. Ambience could be better if the lights were dimmed down a bit.
While there was nothing particularly “bad” about the dining experience, it’s lacking anything to beckon my return—especially considering the price.

We had a lovely evening. The mussels were to die for and salmon has amazing flavor! Our server was so kind and wonderful- the place was such a vibe.

Recent guests praised the restaurant for its creative dishes such as watermelon gazpacho, lobster cake, and wagyu brisket poutine. The 10-course tasting menu is also available and provides a unique experience with each course. The cocktails are made with good quality ingredients and served in appropriate glassware. The staff ensures a memorable and enjoyable visit. Overall, Blood & Sand continues to impress with its food, service, ambience, and cocktails, making it a perfect place for special occasions or a great night out.
