Went to Rosalita’s for dinner with my family at 5:30pm Saturday evening. It wasn’t very busy then. Had to ask the same server for utensils 3-4 times before she finally brought them to us. She got my son’s order wrong the first time and took the plate back to bring back the correct order. She kept saying that it would be remade and back out in 2 minutes. 30 minutes later the food never showed up, so my son never got to eat dinner there. My 7 year old got food poisoning here. Food was terrible and service.
Bad service, food wasn’t what we ordered. They acted as if our group was an inconvenience when asked to fix their mistake.
