I went to this location after a long day of travel to St Louis. Looking forward to some great pancakes. That didn't happen. The place was empty. Server was nice. Ordered bacon eggs pancakes combo with a extra short stack. I was shocked at the size of the pancakes. I've never seen flat pancakes like these. To make matter worse, the bottom two pancakes were covered because the cook broke them when flipping. I didn't complain due to my fear that it might anger the cook. I sent my concern to IHOP guest relations (case 3691934) on 10/26/2025 and still have not heard back. Very sad. My advice would be to find a IHOP were they take pride in providing a great stack of pancakes.
UPDATE: Filled out the request supplied in the response from IHOP. They have not reached out to me. Really sad.

I did an online order an order was sent to wrong location so I called in some lady very rude always answered. I told her that my order was Sent to wrong Ihop she said she told the cook not to cook the order but still charged me for it now keeps saying talk to manager but every time I call she says he is in a meeting or he isn't there but in all....
The order cost me $117.16
Update they refunded my money, thank you took long enough but it came getting every dollar back the manager said so I'll keep the chat posted..

Well I believe that the manager lied because I'm still waiting on the process funds. It been a couple days so I'm just going to give it a couple more days if not. I just lost $117 dealing with the IHOP online app. By all means be careful they will get your money and not reverse you it looks like. So if you ain't got the money to afford to lose, don't deal with that place

Tables are small and cramped. Except a wait during peak hours. The dining room is noisy and has no privacy. Food and service are decent.

I will never be eating here again nor would I recommend anybody else to.
Waited for almost 20 minutes for my curbside pickup order after the pickup time and had to call 4 times before someone answered the phone. Staff member that finally brought the order to my car didn’t say a word.
On top of this, all of the food was cold, slimey, and looked AND tasted partially cooked. If I could give 0 stars I would. Huge waste of money.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast on our way out of town. The food was excellent! Jerica was fast, friendly and professional. Her service was icing on the cake to our dining experience! She made sure our food arrived fresh, hot and exactly as we ordered!

false advertising, not 24/7 dine in
Doesn’t feel like this is really a 24 hr location. Showed up around 8pm on a Wednesday. Little late maybe, but most other places nearby were opens. Staff was quite rude and ignored us until we asked if we could be seated and then we were told that dine in was closed. Had a great experience at a nearby WH location though so worked out in the end
