Really tired of the inconsistant pizza from Imos. Im also 100% tired of ordering from imos and having them use a mozzarella/provel blend. This seems to be shift/manager specific. I had one pizza that was fantastic, noticably 100% provel and i thought it restored my faith in Imos. I just got a pizza that was obviously some sort of a blend. I even ordered the only cheese on the BOGO option which is 2x provel. I got 0.5x provel and 0.5x mozz. If im paying Imos pricing for Provel, i want provel. If i want mozz, ill order from dominos or papa johns. Do better, be better Imos. This is why everyone clowns on Imos nowadays. Cutting corners. To any of you that love stl style pizza, go to Mama Mels, Uncle Leos, Serras, CW, Sorellis, Afton Pizza Co, or Pirrone's.

Somehow my pizza got orders with no sauce. I noticed while going to pick it up. Called and they remade for me. I really appreciate that level of customer service.

Food was very skeet. Ordered wings and salad. No bleu cheese no extra dressing. Was said 45 minutes. Took a hour. .missed my lu ch break. Very easy and simple order. Very sad.

Festus Mo location- i use to love IMO’S…quality has completely left. Spend a lot of $ and toppings are skeet. No one cares. No one checks the brand. The chef salad we ordered w our pizza should if had ham, salami,& roast beef- 😅 hopefully i can attach a photo here- not even a pinch of RB or Salami! Pizza had no cheese. Dont waste your money!

Pizza was very good but it was tossed around from delivery as seen in pic. The garlic cheese bread was burnt.
