I arrived when the tracker said my pizza was ready and I waited. Finally, an employee told me he'd given my pizza to someone else. I checked and the tracker said my pizza had been picked up. They made my pizza again, no apology no offer of a soda while I waited. The salad was all cheese and not enough lettuce for two as there has always been at every other Imos over fifty plus years I've been eating Imos. I wouldn't recommend this Imos store to anyone and won't be back.

The new management hired really friendly workers. The person who answered the phone had a great attitude and was very helpful. I appreciate not being rushed on the phone. The makeover of the store really helps the neighborhood as well!

First they get my order wrong. Send me out the new wings with sauce drizzled. It’s procedure to cover the wings. Shake and cover them. They just drizzled more. This the result of terrible employees and management. If my coworker didn’t buy these for me due to a debt he owes me I’d went in and dumped them on the counter.
