Festus Mo location- i use to love IMO’S…quality has completely left. Spend a lot of $ and toppings are skeet. No one cares. No one checks the brand. The chef salad we ordered w our pizza should if had ham, salami,& roast beef- 😅 hopefully i can attach a photo here- not even a pinch of RB or Salami! Pizza had no cheese. Dont waste your money!

I came to St. Louis on a business trip. One of my coworkers grew up in STL, so I had them give me food recommendations. Imo's was their first and top recommendation.
I ordered it the first night we were there. We got a pizza, toasted ravioli, and some wings.
It definitely lives up to the reputation. It was delicious. It wasn't super greasy or heavy feeling. The vegetables were fresh, the meat was fresh, the sauce was so good, and the crust was perfect.
The toasted raviolis were good. They were better than a restaurant I had tried on a previous trip.
overall, I would recommend this to anyone and everyone - whether you're local, or if you're in town for business/sports/tourism, you should definitely try this place!

Loved it do not go to the imo's on Union and natural bridge it is ridiculous they cut the sausage up and the bacon imo's is known for whole strips they don't do that bacon bits

Stopped here for lunch with a friend. This is a very spacious place and comfortable. I hate their drink machine. It's not set up for you to get your drinks in a timely manner. It's one where you have the touch menu and it give you like 30 different kinds of Sprite and whatever else kind of drink. It was just too much and it ended up being like four or five people there. Every time I went to refill my drink. I got an emo special sandwich which is something I like to get when I go there. We also had salad and pizza. It was a good time. I'll be back
Vegetarian options: They have pizzas that you can get just vegetables on them so I can still add a vegetable item. And they also have salads

The service we received was phenomenal. From the lady at the counter who checked us out to the gentleman, who looked to be the manager, who got our pizza, every encounter was top notch. Our food was hot and delicious.

I picked-up a large chef salad ?. The salad only had one dressing so I ran out of dressing halfway of eating. In the past, the chef salads were GREAT ?. I passed the Imos Pizza ? on Forest Park to purchase a large salad on Delmar. There was not enough ham, turkey or roast beef. ? Not enough for a large salad. Yes, they spreaded the meat across the lettuce, but not enough. Otherwise the staff was nice and the place was clean
Parking: Parking was great because they were not busy
Brought by kids here for a quick lunch break while visiting the City Museum. Toasted Ravioli was really good. Pizza crust was super crispy and thin.

Worst service ever!!!!! We came here due to all of the recommendations from people we met along the way. From the minute we walked in the female cashiers had the nastiest attitudes. We asked for a so we could get water from the soda fountain and she said they didn't have any. I asked if they sold water bottles. They did so I asked for one. She then asked me if I wanted to pay for a bottled water or a cup for water, even though she had originally stated that there was no water!!!! They had no ice available for the soda fountain so everyone who got soda had it with no ice!!!!! We came in a group so we had put some tables together. When we were walking out, one of the cashiers saw us getting ready to leave. I heard her say, "Aww hell no!!!" as she ran to the back. She went to complain to the other female cashier. One of them ran outside to us to demand that we put the tables back the way they were. Never in my dinning experience have I ever encountered such awful service. I am definitely not coming here ever again!!!! You can keep your pizza Imo's!!!!!!!

Don't believe all the hype. Ordered from here last night, 08/27/2024 and never will again.
First off customer service is not a strong point for this Place or maybe this particular location.
Rude, and unsanitary workers are the worst. The young black chick with the super long ponytail is disgusting why wipe your nose with the same gloves you're handling people's food with? You do it so much to where you don't even realize you're doing it.
The salad I ordered was brown/black!. If yall see the colors THAT MEANS ITS OLD AND SHOULD BE THROWN AWAY!. THE TWO ORDERS OF FRIES BURNT BROWN AND HARD. RANCH WAS NOT RANCHING AT ALL! DEFINITELY BLAND, AND SHOULD BE REPLACED WITH HIDDEN VALLEY!
WILL I RETURN DEFINITELY WILL NOT!.

I wish I took a picture of what I received so I called in to order a pepperoni pizza I forgot to ask that I wanted extra sauce so called back in and asked for extra sauce the girl on the phone had a very bad attitude for no reason and said it’s already being made which is understandable but I literally just called 1 min ago there’s no way so she was talking crazy I went up to the store and the girl was mute I was being very polite and asked for the manager and told him the situation he showed no empathy and he surely didn’t care. I feel they purposely eff up ppl orders who lives here! Other than ppl who are visiting here and trying the pizza for the first time. This location used to be my favorite location but they started hiring kids and the new manager is old enough to be those kids parents and he acts just like them. He remade my pizza and once I received my pizza it was drenched with sauce!!! Like you should never play with ppl food or money and that’s what they’ve done and I haven’t been back to imos since and it used to be my favorite pizza!

Had a great lunch. This is the place to visit with family after the Arch or other sites. Great service, plenty of seating and the best Coke and beverage dispenser that will give you every combination you desire.
