Pizza is good. We always eat in the restaurant, and the pizza is hot and crispy. This location is iconic and been there forever. Sometimes they fall a little behind on keeping the dining room clean, but I see the staff working hard in the kitchen.

The Imo's on Hamton at 64 used to be my favorite Imo's in the whole city. Years ago before I retired, co-workers & I would eat here every month or two. They had a great lunch special with pizza or garlic cheese bread. The salad was huge and had hard boiled egg, tomato, ham, olives, etc. On a trip to Barnes I decided to treat my wife. She ordered pizza & salad, I got the cheese garlic bread & salad. The pizza and bread were delicious, as always. The salad was the
big disappointment. It was smaller with only lettuce & shredded cheese. Very sad to see this. If you want the famous Imo's pizza, go for it. But I won't do the lunch special again.

I pulled up before they closed. As I parked my car. I saw the girl run to the door and walk the front door. They were open for 5 to 10 more minutes. I then asked at the drive up window if they were still open and the grill at the window said that they were open for 3 more minutes. I was very offended that the girl locked the door once she saw me pull up. The person who took my order in the Drive-Thru was exceptionally professional and kind and brought my food out to me to my car. However, based on the fact that they were so quick to not want me in there, I probably won't return to this location.

The workers were nice to interact with, but do not go there on a late night. They gave me barely enough fries for me and my partner and gave me no sauce when I asked for honey mustard on both! Food was not bad but these portions need to be fixed.

I was driving thru from Dallas and wanted to experience this pizza my friend from St. Louis raved about it.
It was ok. Im from Brooklyn so...
This may be the original IMOS. The first I was ever at. Pizza is iconic. The toasted ravioli are as good as any other restaurant.

Imo’s Pizza is a classic St. Louis spot, and we really enjoyed the food during our visit. The pizza was flavorful and satisfying, especially if you’re curious to try the city’s well-known thin crust and Provel cheese style. The place was easy to access, and the free parking was a big plus, making the stop stress-free.
One thing to note is that the flavor is very specific to St. Louis, so it may feel different if you’re used to traditional mozzarella-style pizza. Tip: If it’s your first time, try a smaller size or a combo pizza to get a good introduction to their style.

First time having St. Louis style pizza and it was delicious! We had an all meat pizza with the toasted ravioli, and neither of them lasted very long 😁😋!
