As an out of town guest....my hotel highly recommended Imo's . The food was delicious 😋. Pizza, fried ravioli, & chicken tenders and the customer service was Superb!!!

Food is always good .. Just dont be careful ordering online i got charged for a pizza went to pick it up and they didn't receive the order and wouldnt give me a refund because it wasn't in their system .. not their fault I guess but down 15$

We arrived at the time our food was suppose to be ready not only was it not ready but we had to wait 45 MORE minutes for COLD pizza. They only answer their phone to put you on hold then forward it vm.

Normally this store is good, today was not. Took the driver over 30 minutes to deliver. He only had half of the order. The order of pasta was smashed, the large salad containers were not closed and spilled in the bag and the pizza was cold. The manager didn't seem to care. The remaining order was found and delivered. Of course the food was cold.

Pizza in the middle of that massive snowstorm on Thanksgiving weekend - unforgettable.
The manager here is very unprofessional! We ordered food at 11:15 2 hours went by I called and asked the status of the order he tells me that he don’t know , I asked to speak to a manager he states that he his the manager and that he don’t want to be at work , he keep telling his bosses that he didn’t want to be their . So he’s taking call in orders and not putting them in basically. Very rude. I’ve never experienced a bad imos! I suggest no one ear here until new management!!!

I went there to try St. Louis Pizza, so I've had that experience. There was a general problem with the order where the young lady from the counter came running at to ask if I really wanted pizza without sauce. All I did was order a pizza, so I don't know where that came from. She thought there was a computer glitch. Having navigated that as I waited I passed the time swatting away fruit flies which are there in multitudes. She seemed somewhat horrified when I said I would be dining in, and I guess that's why.

Never order from this place! I placed an order, but it was never delivered! I was staying at a hotel just outside of the delivery zone after originally accepting the order. One order was canceled. The second order was accepted, but when I called I mentioned that I would pay the driver extra for delivery, but it was not delivered. I called the location and the driver. I didn't receive a call back. I left several messages. I plan to file fraud charges against this place.
