Employees are very prompt, I would say rude but it may be a difference in customs, I’m not from here. The food is not good, the quesadilla was decent if you like the almost liquid cheese. The pizza itself was pretty bad, I won’t eat there again. I will however say that their service was really fast on a busy night and delivered the pizza within about 30 minutes which was half the time quoted. This rating is mostly due to me just not liking the food. The price is more than fair and the service is right on the spot.
The pizza was absolutely yummy. It was a fat bread St. Louis Missouri style pizza and they had baked raviolis that were absolutely to die for! We went to a fancy restaurant and had baked raviolis the night before and they were okay! The ones we had here are way better and cheaper!

Despite the place being on the smaller side, the atmosphere was cozy, and the staff handled the bustling crowd with impressive efficiency. Even with lots of customers, the turnaround time for orders was quick, which made the experience even better. The service was great—friendly and attentive, ensuring everyone felt welcomed. If you're in Downtown St. Louis and craving a delicious, fast pizza, Imo's is definitely worth a visit!

Online payment services were not working. The manager on duty Tommy advised that there was nothing he could do to try and honor coupon codes, waited on food for 45 minutes after arriving and calling order in. Terrible service, wait and experience
