My daughter and I ordered today for the first time. When we went to pick it up, the woman behind the counter (I didn't catch her name) was swamped by a Karen and 6 unruly kids. She quickly told us she'd be with us as soon as she could. The employee never lost her cool as she was there with no other employees, working her tail off. When we finally got finished with the wild group, she got out cookies freshly made for us. While it did take longer than expected, her attitude...

Warning - the cookies are addicting! I very much enjoy every cookie on the menu. I also tried the brookie and the blonde, they did not disappoint. My favorite cookie has to s’mores or the salted caramel. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth!
