I've gone here twice. Both times the food was really good. It is a little pricey for a burger but it's made to order and all the ingredients tasted fresh. If you like good burgers and you're in the Foundry this is absolutely the spot to check out.

If I could give them 0 stars.. I WOULD! Food took over 30 minutes to come out, the order was completely wrong. When I tried to get the order fixed the staff was being rude, he continuously put his hand in my face and was yelling. They did not want to correct the order and demanded i refund when all I wanted was the right food.

We ate there last night before the Chuck Reagan show at City Winery. I love the fact they offer a build your own burger!! Not greasy or heavy at all! Get the cheese with your fries. It's not the cheap kind you get with pretzels, it's real cheese. I do recommend while waiting in line to go on the site and figure out exactly what you want so when you get to the counter to order, you can shoot off what you want and the workers appreciate it as well as keeps the whole process moving. They are a very busy establishment so knowing what you want prior to your turn will keep the line moving. They are not rude at all, just fast and efficient!!! Love it! Will eat there again and gladly pay $20 for a great burger and fries with cheese. Take my money please!!!
