I don’t eat meat much but I decided to give it a try with my daughter. I ordered the super nova with fries and my daughter ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries. The food was pretty good but we waited about 30minutes.

Like others have mentioned, the cashier was incredibly rude and aggressive. I've legit never been treated so poorly. I don't know if he's the owner or related to them, I cannot understand why he'd still be employed there. F this place.

I never leave reviews because I've worked in service industry for years, this is my first and only bad review. the cashier was extremely rude, complaining the whole time we ordered, over loud music, screaming people's names, mad that they hadn't picked their food up yet when he had not moved the food to the pick up window and was grabbing the wrong food for the names he was calling. his attitude had me ready to leave and go somewhere else had it not been for the people I was with that were just ready to eat. He rushed us to order when there wasn't anyone in line, so we did not get to order what we wanted. I wish I would have turned around. luckily he did not cook the food or I would have asked for a refund. said "I know the sign is in braille but it's not hard to read" because we hadn't stepped up to order. food turned out good but could have been better if we actually had time to decide. PRICES ON MENU DID NOT REPRESENT THE TOTAL BILL AFTER WHAT WE ORDERED.

Went to The Foundry last night and had the best customer service from the two gentlemen working at Intergalactic burgers. Ordered the jalapeño burger with spicy ranch and it was probably top 3 burgers I have had in my life. The gentleman working the register recommended a loaded fry that tied the entire meal together. After finishing my meal, I had to get another one to go for my wife. She ate it for lunch today and even a day old, she said this burger was amazing. I highly recommend this place if you love burgers and great customer service. Wish I could give more stars than just 5.

Delicious smash burgers! Perfect ooey-gooey cheese on them! They have some unique specialty burgers, so I would say go for it! Cooked fresh to order and friendly staff! Fries are waffle fries FYI. A perfect choice in the food hall.

Very pricey for a small, poorly cooked burger. The fries were the only thing that redeemed the experience. Skip this stall if you're at the City Foundry.

I door dashed a cheeseburger with sauce and tomatoes and lettuce and 10pc Mac and cheese bites. I got a plain burger with nothing on it and tomato and lettuce and jalapeños. I hate hate hate jalapeños. I would never ever order that. And I hate French fries. Not to mention, it took 20 min for them to prepare me a plain burger and cold French fries. Will never order from here ever again!!!

Food was expensive and lacking in flavor. But the cashier , Quinton G. was extremely rude and aggressive. When asked simple questions he used profanity and smart remarks. I will definitely not be returning!
