4 Hens Creole Kitchen Reviews
The service is horrible! I watched the food sit on the counter for over 20 minutes before it was handed to me and my friend. The black guy with the beard was upset because we asked for fresh food. He didn’t want to give a refund. He threw the sign in my face that said no refunds and said “now you’re going to sit there and wait for your Po Boy.” He got more upset when I put my arm on the counter. He said that he put orders there when clearly there was no food being served....read full review
If you are going to sell a shrimp Po’boy sandwich go on U Tube and learn how to make one. What they sell here is not even close. I guess if the sign says no returns you should look for another food vendor.
Tried 4 Hens for the first time last night and we were not disappointed. Best creole in St. Louis, hands down. If you like fried green tomatoes and shrimp, order the "Down in the Bayou" *chef's kiss

4 Hens Creole Kitchen serves generous portions of delicious Creole cuisine. The menu features dishes like the Diver's Delight and catfish, which are praised for their flavor and quality. The staff provide excellent customer service, with one standout being Nate Dawg, who is known for creating good vibes. Fried shrimp and fries are also a highlight. Some customers have noted that while the smoked Gouda grits were good, there were concerns about portion sizes, particularly with the catfish and grits, which some felt were not sufficient for the price. There have also been some issues with orders, including mix-ups and incorrect items. Overall, 4 Hens Creole Kitchen remains a popular spot for good food in the STL IN THE CITY FOUNDRY.
