I really don’t like giving bad reviews. It was just okay. The service was just okay from the way the order was taking to the way it was presented and what we witnessed in the time sitting there. I understand cars being in the drive thru but to watch a car pull up pay and have a car already there waiting and we are sitting there waiting & they get to order finally making it to the window only to watch the car sitting there waiting moves after a while. I can't comment on the atmosphere because I ordered online and picked up at the drive thru. This was our first time eating at a Jack In the Box. There was a wide variety to choose from. The food we ordered was good. We will go back!
