Horrible service we ordered and waited like 30 minutes finally asked for a refund they said we're short staffed and just waiting on your fries ok so we get our food and we got cold sandwiches sourdough jacks that weren't toasted & cold fries lazy a** workers they weren't waiting on fries they were playing on there phones piss poor management I'd say anyway I wouldn't recommend or ever go back to that location

This place is awful. They always want to blame it on being short staffed. I think it is bad management. Place order on line, when I got there, no one at drive-thru, saw someone sitting inside. Parked and tried to go inside. Door locked. Customer inside let me in. Stood there until and older gentlemen that my was going to take a little back they would short staffed. Yell to someone in the back that there were customers up front. Two young came from the back complaining the some other girl clocked out and went home. At one point, started MFing someone at the top of her lungs. Finally got my food after about 15 minutes. The whole time I was in there, multiple cars and people tried to buy food but they all left empty handed.

Yall don't come here ..I was sitting in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order for over 20 minutes.. I heard a worker through the intercom but assuming they didn't mean to let me here them because after constantly saying hello I got no answer .. I decided to drive up to the window and fof course there's clearly workers in the building but on their phone doing absolutely nothing .. ppl be wanting raises but can't even do the most simplest job right

Avoid this location. Absolutely no service whatsoever, I sat in the drive through for a good 15 minutes with cars behind me, only to pull up through the window and was told they're not taking orders. How about some decent communication then? Replace the management here or just close the location down. Never coming back I'd and advise anyone else to look elsewhere. What a joke.

Allegedly closed due to staffing issues but there's all sorts of staff just doing nothing in plain site? Then serving another family but not me, then waiting an additional 30 minutes and still no service? Typing this at 1.5 hours into this experience. Pathetic.Save your sanity and never give this place your service. Literally eat grass and you'll be happier at the end of it all.

What a slum. I feel bad for the owners they get cheated. Went to the driver thru on 7/26 5pm. Stood there with 4 other cars. No one answered all of our hellos. Parked and tried to go inside. Door is closed. Guy in there just keeps looking. Doesn’t say anything. I don’t get it. Put up a closed sign so people don’t waste their time.

This location is a trash Jack in the Box, easily the worst fast food experienceS I have ever had . Consistently terrible at everything. You are lucky to get any food at all, more likely to get a contact high from the employees smoking a blunt out back with their friends. DO NOT GO HERE!!

This is the WORST jack n the box to go to, they literally ALWAYS closed especially during lunch hour only open for "grubhub and doordash" which makes NO sense considering they still got to make peoples food and hand it out a window. This store is losing this business money. Some workers are nice some are rude and seem to careless about resolving issues with unhappy customers.

The wait time would maybe been a bit less if there were actual workers who did not leave there station to smoke weed with their friends right out the back door. I ended up leaving at that point but was stuck between cars for probably 25 minutes until the person behind me decided to leave also. I stayed for about 10 minutes after the person behind me left and watched multiple people at the speaker box drive away. The last straw was when two girls walked up to the back door and employees were out there with them smoking a pretty big blunt. Do what ya do, just don't do it at work.

Add to that previous experiences (not able to take orders due to "shift change), or several months ago 75% of the food on a mobile order not being available but never being refunded.. This location is better off closed.

I would not give them 1star, but Zero stars is not an option. Their signs say "Breakfast served all day," but when I attempted to order a breakfast platter, the person said, "We're not serving breakfast." When I told them it was on their signs, the lady became very rude and repeated herself. Guess the staff is just plain lazy.

I arrived here 2 hours before closing time. All the lights were on, including the drive-thru. When I pulled up, no one greeted me until I called out. The woman said they were closed. There were other cars behind me. I can understand a fast food place needed to close early due to staffing, but at least turn off the light of the drive-thru menu board so people will know you are closed. Even when I had to pass there an hour later, they still had all the lights on looking like they were open and people where still pulling in.

I tried to go here 3 weeks in a row on a Monday @ 2:40. Each time I went through the drive thru, I was told “We are currently closed for shift change and the evening crew wasn’t there yet. I won’t try again. Another great example why I shouldn’t bother gong to a Jack in the STL area ever again.

I'm halfway convinced that she rang my order up incorrectly and that my food wasn't completely fresh.It tasted amazing and HIT THE SPOT though so I didn't care.Took forever though so minus one star.
