This past Saturday we went to hear Etienne Charles (and the music- as always-was fantastic). This is a review of how the establishment is running/serving- NOT the musicians, who are always top notch.
The show started 20 minutes behind schedule because waitstaff was having a hard time turning over from the previous show.
