“Jaden took very good care of me. Fantastic personality. Fantastic service. A lot of Jimmy John’s are not freaky fast anymore like they originally advertised. But, this one still is. They have not let the burden of online orders interfere with the people that still come to the store and order in person.“

“Always good. Never had a bad experience. Staff is so fast I haven't really gotten a chance to know them but they seem very friendly and conscientious. I think the 3.5 stars is more indicative of the fact that they work next to 'high-powered' lawfirms and corporate offices. I would assume the attorneys and other office workers may be more critical than they should be. As a downtown regular (and as someone who can be hard on restaurants when warranted), I'd say that score is misleading and worth disregarding honestly. This place is great.“

“So I never knew ordering a sandwich could be as fun as it was from here. From ordering to having a special request,my wife is diabetic, . So we had to have some customizations we also needed some information about carbohydrates Unfortunately they don't have a nutrition list. But they pulled it up on their phones and just use Google in order to get us the information we needed so we can place an order and be confident that we were okay and safe for my wife above and beyond. Every single one of these people was extremely friendly!!! The manager even acknowledged us and very much made the experience even better what a friendly manager and an awesome dude! “When you spend over $2 to add bacon which is already a little pricey and then don’t recieve the bacon you ordered is a little frustrating.

Update: did reach out and offered and apology with reward so I do appreciate the effort there- so updating to higher review! The wrap I got last time with my reward was made quickly and correctly and was delicious! Thanks!“

“My wife and I routinely eat at Jimmy John's on Baptist Church road prior to seeing a movie at Ronnie's theater. Most times it's a pleasant and tasty experience . Today we were especially impressed by the excellent customer service from our order taker Brittany. She is an asset to JJ and as a frequent customer we really appreciate her professionalism, good humor and courteous demeanor. It reflects well on JJ.“

“I pick up lunch here during work some times. Lately my order has always been ready when I get there and the staff is very friendly. Food is tasty!!!

The parking lot is a bit cramped and annoying to navigate. It's always packed at lunch time. Just fyi“

“I wanted to appreciate the evening night worker she is the sweetest person and you did your thing ??. My firecracker wrap was delicious and perfectly made. It does live up to its name y'all. Go check my girl out but don't do her wrong. She went out of her way to make sure i left happy. I hope jimmy johns start treating her better. I even stayed to eat in the store!!!!!!!“

“I usually order to be delivered, every once in a while they forget to cut my sandwich in half or add onion. I don’t care because I’m not charged extra for either. Everyone in the store and the people who deliver are helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that the drive thru speaker is really hard to hear.“

“I waited in the drive thru line for a few minutes as I watched the young lady at the window to see if she was going to take my order( which she did not so I went inside). The cashier looked like she was scared to approach the register to take orders. There was only one lady working making orders while another lady was just standing behind the counter doing nothing. I was not given a bag with my food. The lady just yelled “ma’am here is your order” from across the room ( which I had to go and get it myself) Overall, the service was a bit ghetto but the wrap was great!!!! It did taste like it was made with her heart and soul. I would recommend this place for the food, not so much the service.“
