This Jimmy John's location is Fantastic! We used their catering services for our Christmas Party at Bethesda Southgate and when there was some confusion (probably on our end) about how the order was supposed to come and we ran short on sandwiches, they saved the day! They dropped off more sandwiches with hardly any notice and were so friendly about it! We will definitely be using them again to cater employee parties!

Jimmy John's is a popular sandwich shop known for its fast service and friendly staff. The people were so nice and conversational. Amy was amazing and helped with what was needed. Food is always delicious, especially their bread and mayo. Parking was right in front of the door and they have two sets of doors, so easy access and no traffic to have to deal with. While one customer reported issues with their order customization through the app, the in-store staff were praised for their professionalism. The picklewich is good, very messy since the juices were wrapped inside the paper. Chips and whole pickle are a must. Overall, Jimmy John's offers a convenient option for quick and tasty sandwiches.
