Ok this review shouldn't be for this restaurant, but for the app instead. I have to apologize about this, because I assumed the app got it right and the store got it wrong, but no, somehow the app DID NOT save my customizations. I went through and did as I said, customizing my sandwich, and I even remember seeing my changes in my cart, but the submitted order does not have my changes in my order history. I'll be submitting feedback for the app after this.So again, I'm sorry to the store and the employees here. You all did great and exactly as you were supposed to! Didn’t even get the opportunity to have food delivered to me because they couldn’t deliver to me since I was past the cut off.This store is 1.8 miles from my home, I then called another location which was 2 miles from my home and was told they can’t deliver to me either, so guess what you lost my business, absolutely ridiculous

i really liked working here until my manager fired me for being 5 minutes late one morning. :(
I ordered a number one peepee with no tomatoes and extra mayonnaise. I am completely outrages by this simple mistake. How could anyone mess up on something so miniscule. I got seven tomatoes, you heard that right seven. My friend got 3 tomatoes and he asked for them. The only thing they got right was my large drink, which I had to make myself.

Noticed the price for delivery increased after I added a second sandwich to my order. Cannot understand how spending more money at the establishment means they charge more to deliver it to me? Food is no where near good enough to justify spending over $30 after tax delivery fee and tip for sandwiches and pickles. Also, higher delivery fees are likely to lead to lower tips for drivers which is unfortunate.

Luckily there are zero stars. They don't even deserve one. My daughter ordered a turkey sandwich with no lettuce and tomato, and they sent her ham and turkey with lettuce and tomato. Worse location, thoughtfully, and based on the reviews, I see they are giving a bad reputation for jimmy johns as a merchandiser. Highly not recommend
