Made an order, an hour later still no sandwich. Call the store and the store manager has a horrible attitude and hung up on me.
I pre ordered a sandwich on 8/18. It didn’t get delivered in time to be accepted. I was upset and hung up on an employee and now they won’t refund my $26+. I keep calling but now they just leave me on hold. They’re thieves.
We were coming home from out of town and my husband and i were craving Jimmy John's so I stopped at this location....they got my order wrong: husband's sandwich was ok, but my Vitto was messed up, it had mayo!!!! Why in the world you had to add mayo to a Vitto!! ???!!! i did not requested this, I did however asked for hot peppers to be added, as stated in my receipt.... needless to say hot peppers were nowhere to be found... ordered a spear of pickle, and almost 1/2 of it was...read full review
