After enjoying our night at the Missouri Botanical Gardens we decided to eat at Jimmy John’s near where we were staying since we were starving. A nice young man waited on us and made our sandwiches.

Manager has a problem. Getting into arguments with customers. I got my sandwich sat down and ate while this convict of a manager had a melt down with a customer. Guy should be fired.

We ordered over $100 of sandwiches from this location and EVERY SINGLE ORDER WAS WRONG. Like what is the staff doing??? It is a sandwich and is the easiest thing to make. My family was furious and I want the world to know this location needs help. All around.
