This is my first & last time to do business at Jimmy John's. I gave concise instructions on what I wanted on my sandwich. I ordered a Turkey Tom with mustard, onions, tomatoes & Jimmy peppers. No lettuce, no mayo.
I got a sandwich loaded with mayo, a trace of mustard and loaded with lettuce. If I wasn't already hungry I would have simply trashed it. The French Bread was even difficult to tear with your hands much less with your teeth. Totally disappointed to the point of infuriated. I'll never be back. Incompetent staff will be your downfall Jimmy John's.
I pick up lunch here during work some times. Lately my order has always been ready when I get there and the staff is very friendly. Food is tasty!!!
The parking lot is a bit cramped and annoying to navigate. It's always packed at lunch time. Just fyi

On July 23rd I had a few people coming to my home for lunch at Noon. I ordered 5 sandwiches and Two Pickles FOR DELIVERY AT 11:00. Around 11:40 I called back to Jimmy Johns and was told that the order was still in the refrigerator. I received several messages on my phone tell me that the order would be delivered by Uber, to please confirm my location which I did with direction, that the order was on the way to the delivery was cancelled. I finally received the delivery around 12:30 with a sandwich missing and one pickle. Through many calls I finally received a credit a few weeks later and an additional credit for my next order. My situation was corrected but it did take some time to do so. Thank you to Justin and the manager for their help and assistance. I would be cautious if ordering for delivery but the food is always fresh and prepared as ordered. I have ordered from this location many times and this was the first issue that I had experienced at this location.
How can you sell sandwiches without having bread? It’s 239 on a Thursday. I go into buy a sandwich and they told me they’re out of bread. Incompetence is selling sandwiches without having bread

Sandwich was good!!!
This is a JJ location we went to every time we go to forest park. Which during the colder months several times but during the summer at least biweekly sometimes weekly. The minimum we spend in the store is 50$ a pop with all of our family members meals. However, I will never return to this location again. I went in and my 3 kids and I went to the bathroom before ordering. I was the last person to use the restroom. The kids went and picked out their chips and a table. Then as I am walking from the bathroom to the front to order they asked if they could open their chips which I told them was fine. There was nobody in line and I arrived at the counter 5 seconds later where I was met by Mike from IT with the most unnecessary attitude. Even though as he said he “doesn’t work there” took it upon himself to in the rudest way inform me the kids should not open their chips prior to paying. I told him he doesn’t have to have such a nasty attitude and told him I’m here to order and if he thought I wasn’t going to pay. He said (again with the worst kind of tone as if I took his wallet) you shouldn’t open them without paying and again told him his attitude is unnecessary. And he told me he would rather us leave. I asked without paying? He replies “yes I’d rather you leave without paying”. Funny how it was such an issue to open them prior to paying but he chose for us to leave without paying for them at all. A little backwards. The manager was there and said Mike was above him since he was in IT to which I replied I’m sorry you have to work under people like that. If you feel a certain way about my kids opening their chips prior to paying, fine, I can see it and had he been an emotionally stable person and able to say something without that kind of nastiness, great. It’s not about what you say to people mostly but how you say it and that was said as if I kicked his dog. Unacceptable. I’m not sure what sort of power trip he’s on or why he has such an enormous chip on his shoulder to take it upon himself to address customers when “he doesn’t work here” in such a way. I won’t be returning to this location and I will also be reaching out to corporate. It’s good he’s in IT and not the face of the company, however, having someone so emotionally unstable is a threat to the customers, employees and the overall atmosphere and doesn’t have a place around anyone in general. Good luck.

The staff allowed at least 15 patrons to fill the store while they only worked on to go and delivery orders. They didn't rotate, they didn't apologize for the delay and in fact when after 15 minutes of waiting for my food 3 different staff were rude to me. I dated asked for a refund if they weren't going to make my order. Then I mentioned it's not freaky fast and the manager with so much tone said we don't do that, we're not fast... no kidding the entire lobby filling with customers waiting would all agree. Not fast and not courteous.

Horrible experience and I eat at jimmy johns all the time, this location needs not only a new manager but also a new team. First I tried to call my order in and was told by the manager that they are too busy and to just come to the store when I wanted my order delivered but they took that option away from me because they were too busy as he said! Then once at the store the manager was the one that took my order once I got to the store and I didn’t get a hi how are you or anything I was meet with attitude and the entire store was packed with people waiting for their food to be made. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with any jimmy John’s and after asking around to other guys I work with they all agreed that they have had the same experience with this location I’ll make sure to share this on social media and with everyone I know. The way this location is ran and operates I’m surprised they still get business. 0 out of 10 for me on my experience!

Worse Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. If I could give it a 0, I would. It was not freaky fast. Not even close. It took 15 minutes to order. Horrible experience. Don’t go here

This location is wonderful- the employees and food. However the music is so loud that I cannot effectively communicate with them. I have a cochlear implant. So I place my orders online for ease but it's difficult to hear or speak to employees if something is not correct.

Very unlike my experiences before at other locations...
My lemonade was just water with some weird color in it. My sandwhich was falling apart... I tried to get a refund in the JJ app that I used to purchase my order, but there was no options for a refund.
