Manager has a problem. Getting into arguments with customers. I got my sandwich sat down and ate while this convict of a manager had a melt down with a customer. Guy should be fired.

We ordered over $100 of sandwiches from this location and EVERY SINGLE ORDER WAS WRONG. Like what is the staff doing??? It is a sandwich and is the easiest thing to make. My family was furious and I want the world to know this location needs help. All around.

I love Jimmy John's but this particular location on Oakland in St Louis is AWFUL. We've ordered delivery about 3 times recently and the order is WRONG...EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We will never order from this location again.

Ordered by the app for delivery at 11:21. Received at 12:42. The sandwiches were not marked with the names noted on the app, which would be fine if it was the only problem. The hour and 20 minute delivery time on a beautiful day was extreme, but the slimy poorly made sandwich that had so much sauce it was pooling in the packaging was the icing on the cake. The only customizations we're to go easy on the tomato and to cut the bread.

This location stopped delivering to our neighborhood with no notice. When I reached out about it the only response I got was, “we don’t deliver in your area.”I ordered to my work location which is further away, it was late and they forgot my chips. I again reached out to support and never got a response.

This location no longer delivers to our house, yet it delivers to my fiancé’s office that’s even further away from them. They’ve forgotten chips, cookies, mayo packets, and napkins multiple times. Just an all around negative experience with this location.

This is honestly the best jimmy johns I’ve been to yet! Never had someone interact with my son like I do like she did, along with excellent service! I’m from Illinois and out of all the ones I’ve been to I would definitely come out of my way just to come visit this store! That’s how every experience should be! I’ve had worse experiences with high end restaurants then what I had tonight! THANK YOU SOO MUCH JIMMY JOHNS!!!

Unbelievable experience. Told me to hold on when no one was in line in front of me. Nbd.I ordered a beach club, she says no sorry there's a wait on Turkey.I said ok, ordered the veggie on Wheat.She said "No, just wait" & started talking to a coworker. Can't make that up

I love Jimmy John’s, that is why I stopped. These folks are trying but you can tell they have had no training, super unorganized, extremely slow. They were very polite but I have come to expect this establishment to be fast. 10 minutes to order and 25 minutes to get my order, of which was wrong
