Normally I would have given Joey B's a 5 star review because in the past it was always great but this last visit the food was a little bit off for some reason but still good. Our waitress was very slow and she seemed overwhelmed because the rest of the staff were jamming. I will go back and hopefully be able to update this review with a 5 star.
We received terrible service at the bar . We Asked for the manager and complained. As we were walking out of the restaurant the manager and bartender were standing at the door . The bartender ma de the comment sorry you received bed such bad service. The comment was anything but since re. We have not been back since
food was great! service was ok I would of given more stars for service however we had quite a few issues regarding our waiter. after asking for quite a few things more than once (refills/grated cheese/condiments/bread/etc) we never received them, even after repeated attempts! It was another employee who brought our food to our table after we heard her tell him that it was up as he was watching a game on TV. I'm usually pretty understanding as I can understand the pressure...
