I had the fish and chips which were pretty good. The fish was nice and crispy, but a bit tiny. The chips could have had more seasoning. My wife had the bangers and mash. The mash was the star. The sausage had good flavor, but was a bit dry and overcooked. Service was mostly fine didn't bring some water we asked for and seemed to be in a hurry for us to leave. They were friendly though. We look forward to going back and giving it another go.
We've eaten here for a couple decades. Always great experiences. We like to take visitors here because of the atmosphere, and you can get two types of roasted ravioli. Thereby checking St Louis toasted ravioli off the visitors list and introducing them to the delicious spinach artichoke toasted ravioli (order extra dipping sauce - great for their amazing house chips too).
