Oh man, I just got the birria quesadilla and it was one of the best things I've had in the Foundry so far. It was a little greasy but it was so delicious. The price seemed high but it's a huge portion that will absolutely fill you up. You'll probably struggle to finish it all. First off, Kim chi was delicious and spicy 😋! But the flavors of the bowls, like the Buffalo option, just didn't jive with the Kim chi or chili sauce or chips with salsa as a side. It was served concession stand style. There's good flavors here, they're just not quite cohesive 🤔
