The kitchen is broken and they don't have food anymore. The matcha was ok, just a little lumpy at the end. Better than Starbucks though.

I'm extremely disappointed in this location.They're never open on time.The staff acts like zombies that can't be bothered.

The parking situation is awful, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today. Despite there being at least six or seven employees on duty, I waited over ten minutes in line with no acknowledgment. The clerk spent an extended amount of time chatting with customers who had already completed their transactions, and when it was finally my turn, she walked away without explanation. To make matters worse, the item I came for wasn’t even available. This level of disorganization and lack of customer attention is unacceptable. I wished half a star was an option.

I ordered an ice latte with the honey syrup and I couldn’t taste the honey at all. Also no food because the kitchen was down (which they told me after I already ordered).

Great study spot, great food, and great service! My favorite go-to is the egg bagel. Really have been loving the guava matcha recently. Love getting work done here and getting up every couple hours to buy another sweet treat or drink :) They have free WiFi and plenty of outlets.

Just genuine hate over getting rid of their breakfast sandwich long ago. Coffee is alright.

People were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The temp was a little warm in the cafe and the finish on wooden surfaces were sticky from age.

Even upon opening, service is prompt, servers are alert and friendly, the environment is clean and the ambiance is morning friendly. Music is appropriate and not overwhelming.
