I called today to ask if they were open because it's New Year's Day. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and polite, and informed me that they were indeed open. I ordered on the app. When I went in to pick up my order, there were a few employees sitting around in the dining room, most likely because it's just not busy on New Year's Day. As I walked in the door, one of the workers jumped up and rushed back to grab my food. She thanked me and wished me a happy New Year with a smile. The food was great. No complaints. I've been to this location several times over the last 15 years or so, but I must say, over the last couple of years the service has been excellent. I truly appreciate the professionalism of the employees there. And if you're reading this, keep up the good work, y'all!

Like why does this place smell so horrible, who ever the district manager is you know well that this place is not suitable to serve anyone, it’s something wrong it reeks of filth and odor and you should be ashamed to have it representing you, or anyone in business!! Shut down this place it really shouldn’t be open for business!!

they said they were closed but they are open they close at 10:30 we came way before then. manager needs to be more strict they were rude. all the lights were on. more than one worker was in there, one their phone

Waited like 10 minutes for biggest to cook I ordered a 12 pc received an 8 pc. And they were all soggy and nasty.

Cashier swiped my card and the payment went through on my cash app but all of a sudden she said she needed my card again charging me twice. Tried showing manager the charges and she dismissed it saying it should go back on my card and if it didn't to come back. I live in North county so a 30 min drive to fix their issue is crazy. I paid $13.34 twice (Total $26.68) for subpar food and horrible service resolution.

We like this location the best. The employees are always friendly, our order is always accurate, the food is always served hot and fresh. The brownies and the bundle cakes (both chocolate and lemon) are amazing! We are always able to find a great deal at KFC!

This is the first time coming to this KFC. One thing you can bet on I will not be going back. Employee taking orders in the drive thru was very incompetent. Another person had to take over taking my order but, she took care of one thing and I was left to deal with Mr incompetent. I will NEVER GO BACK. This could be the only place left to eat on the face of the earth and I will just starve.
