For me it’s usually a gamble eating fast food in the city, but I was very pleased with this KFC. Food was hot and fresh, the establishment was clean and tidy, and the staff was polite responsive and friendly. Good job guys.

Ordered the 3 piece hot honey chicken. What a joke first of all the portions are tiny, the chicken was undercooked, and I couldn’t taste the hotness of it, it was smothered in honey. What a disappointment! They will not get my money EVER again.

They are always out of pot pies. Always. I go there at 5:45 pm on a Saturday, they are out of pot pies (again) and the person tells me I could wait 20 minutes if I wanted one. I ordered 8 pieces instead and wound up waiting 25 minutes for this chicken. 8 pieces of chicken and a small side of corn was $28. Outrageous. I will never go here again.

Tracy always does me right! I come in on the clock for lunch and also on my free time cause I know the food is going to be amazing and she will leave me walking out of there with a big smile on my face.
Was very HOT inside the staff was unorganized placed an order off the app to get there food wasn't ready when app said it was ordered chicken and waffles they didn't have them anymore plus the peach cream soda wasn't available anymore very dinghy inside not very clean I will not recommend anybody order from this location food was not what use to come out wasn't tasty like it should be the sides was better the the chicken

Dont ever make the Mistake of going to this KFC. This is only the second time Ive shopped here because it sucked last time. Today was even Worse. $36 for a 7 piece and only 4 of the pieces were any good. The remaining 3 pieces had the Off-putting taste that happens when the bones break and blood cooks into the meat. We gave it to the Dogs! Never again.

If you want fried chicken, the deli at schnucks is probably safer. For those that don't know, that's saying something. I will not be returning here, and I advise others to do the same.
