Vicki was wonderful at the drive-thru the best experience I've had at this KFC so far the whole staff was accommodating but Vicky was smiling face refreshing today.

The person who took my order was polite, but they never mentioned it would take almost 25 minutes to get my food. When my chicken strips finally came out, they were completely burned. Thankfully, I checked before leaving and was able to tell them, but the cook seemed upset that he had to make them again. The replacement wasn’t much better—they looked more like nuggets than chicken strips. Honestly, this was the worst KFC experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. This location really shouldn’t even be open.

Had their spicy chicken wings and then started having stomachache and stomach problems. Went to see a doctor and asked them for refund but got no response. The quality of the food was a concern

Took my money then closed at 7pm before giving me any food. When asking them to cancel the order on their end they ignored me.
Unsanitary. The guy took my order and my cash using the same gloves he prepared the food with. He then proceeded to use the same gloves to put my chicken in the box. I told the guy to remake my order due to him using the same gloves for taking cash. His excuse was that he was busy. Then instead of throwing the food away he just put it in a different box and handed to me.

I had a amazing experience at this location every one had good customer service they made my food in a timely manner and the food was cooked to perfection Margie a employee made sure everything was good when I sat down to eat I recommend everybody come enjoy the service and food at this location

The food was good, hot, and fast. The a/c is broken in the building so they have a portable a/c unit. The manager and employees went out of their way to make sure it was blowing on whoever was in the building eating, which was very much appreciated.
